With the 9000XL variant, Hepro presents a worldwide innovation in the field of industrial asparagus peeling machines. This machine impresses with an expanded peeling range for diameters from 8 to 36 mm (+17%) and increased flexibility in peeling asparagus lengths of up to 250 mm. The newly developed gripping system with specially coated, elastic grippers adapts optimally to the asparagus contour and ensures particularly gentle handling of the delicate vegetable.

The Eco mode also contributes to resource conservation, reducing water consumption by up to 78%. The machine is equipped with energy-efficient IE3 class gear motors and features an infeed conveyor with Freshcut, Fixcut, and alignment functions. These technical innovations enhance productivity while significantly reducing water, power, and compressed air consumption.
